The spa treatments/services received or the facility utilized at Main Street Spa, are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that Guests/Clients may have. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Main Street Spa, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.

Cancellation Policy: 

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Please call us at 804-644-1084 during regular business hours to cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. 

Same-Day Cancellations/Rescheduled Appointments: PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT CANCELED OR IF IT IS CONSIDERED A ‘NO-SHOW’, YOU WILL BE FULLY CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE. 

A VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING TO HONOR THIS POLICY.

MSSWC Payments:
We accept cash and all major credit cards excludes CashApp, Chime, and cards alike. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices for purchased product are inclusive of the 5.3% State of Virginia tax. All credit card payments incur a 2.9% credit card fee and a $0.99 processing fee. No additional fees are applied to cash payments outside of 5.3% VA Sales Tax.

Gratuities:
Our individual treatments and services do not automatically include gratuities/tips. When receiving multiple services an 18 percent gratuity will be added for services rendered. Customary gratuity for each service provider is 12-25 percent. If you wish to give your therapist a tip/gratuity, please inform our Spa Concierge team at the front desk when checking out. Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the front desk or you may add gratuity to your credit card.

Refund Policy:
Spa Services, discounted spa packages, gift certificates, spa products and merchandise purchased all are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to receive your initial services purchased, you may request to substitute for another service applying your remaining spa balance to new services rendered.

Return Policy:
MSSWC aims to provide you with quality products and merchandise. Any defective products or merchandise purchased for home use can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt or proof of purchase is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a replacement or spa credit will be provided.
