Cancellation Policy

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Please call us at 804-644-1084 during regular business hours to cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. 

Same-Day Cancellations/Rescheduled Appointments: PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT CANCELED OR IF IT IS CONSIDERED A ‘NO-SHOW’, YOU WILL BE FULLY CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE. 

A VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING TO HONOR THIS POLICY.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure that you and those around you experience the full benefits of Main Street Spa and Wellness Center, we suggest the following:

Cell phone usage. In order to enjoy your wellness experience, please turn all cell phones to vibrate or SILENT.

CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13 ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SPA

ARRIVE ON TIME. Usually 10-15 minutes is enough to consider (especially to fill out paperwork for the first time or use the restroom)
